In this update we are excited to announce a whole new category for health workers.
Wow! This is a big one. We've developed a Wellbeing Check In tool to allow you to check in with yourself before a meditation. Designed to help you see the benefits mindfulness and meditation may be having on your life. It covers areas like Stress, Sleep, Relationships, Focus, Awareness & Responding. We're trying to make the app experience great, but as with any change, we're sure there will be things you love, don't like or bugs. As a not for profit we rely on you, so please let us know!
We have made some tweaks to the ‘More' section of our app, giving you a better idea of who we are, as well as info about our programs for Schools and Workplaces. As a not-for-profit organisation, it is absolutely essential to us that we exist to support our community and as such we have updated our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
